International Users

The Services are hosted in the United States and are intended primarily for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the services from outside the United States or in a jurisdiction with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from the laws of the United States, you hereby authorize and consent to the transfer of your Personal Information outside of such region and to the United States, or any other jurisdiction to be determined in EWOB’s sole discretion, for data storage and processing purposes.

While EWOB does not specifically target its goods or services to individuals outside of the United States, it understands that certain Website visitors may be considered “data subjects” for whom the processing of Personal Information would normally be subject to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) or the U.K. General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) (each, a “Covered Person”).

While EWOB is not subject to GDPR or the UK GDPR because it does not target its goods and services to individuals outside of the United States, it voluntarily offers Covered Persons the rights described below:

  • Right of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing: The user may obtain access to the user’s Personal Information stored by EWOB.
